There are also many who prefer to have a shawl or large muffler around their shoulders on a warm autumn day or summer evening. There is no need for it to be wrapped in a tight knot or loop, as it can simply be hung over the shoulders.

Elvang Denmark is fair trade certified at the highest level by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), which guarantees our customers that our entire value chain is examined and meets the requirements for fair trade - both at our company in Denmark and at our suppliers in Peru. Our sustainable throws and cushions are also available in organic cotton, which is sustainably produced in Portugal at a GOTS certified factory. GOTS stands for “Global Organic Textile Standard”. This guarantees that our throws are produced in accordance with environmental and responsible standards. All of our alpaca products and organic cotton throws and cushions are produced in accordance with environmental and responsible standards. They contain no harmful chemicals and are hypo-allergenic.
