Ordering and payments
The Elvang webshop is open 24 hours a day.
Please enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, forms of payment and choose your way of delivery. You can always change the content of your shopping basket, right up until you confirm your buy by "confirm order". After that your order goes to our webshop.
We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, Maestro, MasterCard, JCB og American Express. The full amount will be charged on the day of shipment (the day the goods are dispatched).

Order confirmation
When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. No binding purchase agreement between you and Elvang Denmark A/S has been made, until you receive the order confirmation.
All orders are shipped within 3-6 working days. All orders are subject to availability.

Uncollected items
Uncollected items will be returned to Elvang. Uncollected items are not covered by the rules of "exchanges and refunds".

Exchanges and refunds
When you shop at www.elvangdenmark.com you may within a period of 60 days return the order in the same shape and form, in which you have received it. 

1. Send your items in the original packaging back to us within 60 days and enclose the delivery note in the package 
2. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received the order in our warehouse
3. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them, a minor deduction will be made

Claim
Should you receive an item, which is subject to a claim, you are welcome to return it.
If the claim is applicable, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days.
The items are your responsibility, until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure to pack the item safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Please make sure that the original packaging of the item is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of the return of the goods to us.

We do not guarantee that all the items displayed in the Elvang webshop are in stock at the time of your order.
Elvang cannot warrant that the content of www.elvangdenmark.com at all time is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Elvang may at any time change the content of the site.

Governing law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Danish law and you agree that the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
