Our scarves are all made from either a blend of alpaca and sheep's wool or pure alpaca wool, which is minimally fluffy and comfortable to wear close to the skin. Many people prefer scarves, shawls and scarves in the soft alpaca wool because it doesn't scratch. The scarves come in several sizes so they can be worn in countless ways - as a shawl on a cool summer evening, wrapped twice around the neck on a winter day or simply as a pop of colour on the outside of a coat. Alpaca wool is widely considered a sustainable choice. This is not only due to the properties and quality of the wool itself, which gives it a long lifespan, but also the way of life of the animals in their country of origin. Because alpacas live free in the wild, often in mountainous areas that cannot be cultivated, they are part of nature's cycle just like other free-roaming animals.
