Shipping policy

Shipping:
We deliver freight free within EU countries at an order size of EUR 100. Outside EU countries and overseas we deliver at a minimum order size of EUR 140 with freight cost of EUR 30. 

Kindly note: For overseas and outside EU countries custom fees are not included and may be added.  

Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3-6 working days.

After dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email with an invoice where you will find the tracking number

Delivery to United Kingdom

ATTENTION UK CUSTOMERS: Please note that due to the fact that the UK is no longer a part of the EU different terms and conditions apply to your order.

Orders to the United Kingdom can’t be shipped at an order size below 160 EUR due to the new Brexit regulations. Orders are always freight free. 

The delivery time is usually 5-8 working days, but may be longer due to customs and Brexit-related issues. You can at any time follow your shipment by using the tracking link in your e-mail (you will receive this notification as soon as we have processed and shipped your order).

When an order is shipped to a customer outside the EU, additional import VAT and duties will be added by the local authorities. The recipient is liable to pay these upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to calculate or estimate the total amount.
